This restaurant, run by the dish’s creator and his son, is the birthplace of Andong jjimdak (Andong Braised Chicken). It was the first place to serve the Andong jjimdak during the 1980s, catering to the city’s young people, and it is still beloved today for preserving the cooking method over the years.
